If you decide the product does not fit your needs, you may terminate your account, uninstall the software, and request a refund. We will refund 100% of the software purchase price.

Updates, Upgrades and Exchanges

Updates to the software include fixes, patches, service packs and minor improvements that are made time to time. This are provided to your for free.

Ugrades are enhancements to the software including new features and compatibility with new versions of Microsoft operating systems. These are provided free.

You may upgrade or exchange one version of the software to another within 90-days with full credit of your software purchase price towards the upgrade version price. This includes moving from an older to a newer version, or moving between version (e.g. from Standard to Pro).
